Trasimeno is near, and can be reached in the following ways:

Autostrada del Sole (A1 motorway): Valdichiana exit for those travelling from the North
Chiusi - Chianciano Terme exit for those travelling from the South.

Milan - Florence - Rome Railway: station at Castiglione del Lago, or Chiusi - Chianciano Terme and Terontola, continuing by car or taxi.
Ancona - Foligno - Terontola Railway: stations at Magione, Passignano sul Trasimeno and Tuoro sul Trasimeno.

S. Egidio Airport, Perugia: continue the journey by scheduled bus service.
