MOUNTAIN BIKE
Circular route of 116 km. total come proposals in three stages; it is however possible to cover the tracing in more days granting itself resting pauses in the centers it lives to you and in the small farms that practice the farm holidays.
From Castiglione del Lago to Poggio del Belveduto (Passignano) - Length: Km. 48. unevenness: m. 700
From Poggio del Belveduto (passignano) to Panicale - Length: Km. 38. unevenness: m. 650
From Panicale to Castiglione del Lago - Length: Km. 30. unevenness: m. 600

DISTANCE NATURE
The Distance Nature, or Ginnico, placed in Via I° Maggio in the pressed ones of the Communal Stage, is along 914 meters, has 10 stations for adult and 2 baby, 4 zones picnic and 8 parkes bench.
The ideal in order to pass some hours to contact with the nature and to practice one complete sport, amusing and without too many complications.
